1. Reinforcing Bar Line
The steel bars are heat-treated in Reinforcing Steel Bar Treatment Line to obtain high performance, which yield strength grade is 600-700 N/mm2 (higher than most current standards). The bars are used for concrete reinforcement, and give more reliable earthquake -resistant behavior
2. High Strength Anchor Bolts Line
In the High Strength Anchor Bolts Production Line, hot rolled steel bars are quenched and tempered continuously to obtain high strength (600-830 N/mm2). After rolled thread on head, bars are assembled with spherical pads, nuts and other parts to compose anchor bolts.
The bolts are used in coal mine, side slope, deep foundation and other geotechnical engineerings to give support of workings.
3. Scres-thread steel bars for the pre-stressing of concrete line
Hot rolled screw-thread bars are heat-treated in the Scres-thread steel bars for the pre-stressing of concrete line. Co***red with hot rolling method, this technology can provide higher rate of finished products and better mechanical behavior. The products are widely used in large hydraulic projects, continuous beams and large frame constructions, highway / railway bridges, nuclear power stations, ground anchor projects, etc.
4. High Strength Tie Rod Line
The main body of the tie rod is made of steel bar through some processes such as machining, heat treatment and corrosion treatment. The heat treatment process is done in the High Strength Steel Rod Production Line. Then it is assembled with adjusting sleeve, lock nut, and connectors to be a complete set of tie rod. The tie rods are used as pretension parts in giant or long ***n buildings and ship ***ks.
